we work so that we can afford to do the things we love to do. and also prepare for a comfortable future.
when i was interviewed by my manager's manager about what were my plans. as it happens in my company, they hold skip interviews. i didnt feel like telling him bullshit that day so i answered him as allowable as i could. i said that i do have offers but none of them are good enough.
my real answer was if i have an offer abroad then i will leave. i even inserted a humorous anecdote about what would he do if he was offered 1M bucks. of course hed move too.
whats my point. i do not see any logic in becoming loyal to the company you work for. unless you own the company. because companies dont care for your welfare. they only care about how they can use you to make money.
